Frances's parent's are Jesse C. Griffin # 27909738 and his wife, Nancy Williams Griffin. I figure Nancy would be there with her husband Jesse in the Williams Cemetery, But she is not listed. I got the parental info on Fannie from her marriage license to James Knox Polk Austin. They were married in Union County, North Carolina on 12 Sep 1867.
