Edith Martin Dyke, 85, of Englewood, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2002, at Athens Regional Medical Center.
A lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was a daughter of the late Spencer and Susie Burger Martin and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hobart M. Dyke; one sister, Gussie Coleman; and four brothers, Charlie "Turk," Hoyt, Ed and Virgil Martin.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Sue Coleman and Judy Wilson, both of Englewood.
Entombment services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at McMinn Memory Gardens Mausoleum with the Rev. Allen Watson officiating.
There will be no formal visitation.
Bordwine Funeral Home of Etowah is in charge of arrangements.
