MARION - Geneva Biddix Mace, 82, died Thursday, March 10, 2005 at The Brian
Center in Spruce Pine. She was the daughter of the late Bob and Melissa Lowery
Biddix, and wife of the late William D. "Billy" Mace. She was also preceded in
death by an infant daughter. She was retired from Clinchfield Manufacturing
Company.

Survivors include a son, William R. "Willie" Mace; three brothers, Carter
Biddix of Spruce Pine, Ralph Biddix of Kankakee, IL, and Graham Biddix of
Lenoir, one sister, Ardella Hall of Spruce Pine; two half-brothers, Jack
McKiney of Spruce Pine, and Terry McKinney of Marion; four half-sisters, Sadie
Andrews, Theresa Newton and Gertie Johnson, all of Marion, and Joann Riddle of
Morganton; three grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Westmoreland
Funeral Home and Crematory. Rev. Ricky Woods officiated. Burial was in
McKinney Gap Cemetery. The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at the
funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Mace Family at 11C 6th
Street, Marion, NC 28752.
