Mrs. Georgia Snyder Died November 27th

Mrs. Georgia Fogg Snyder, the daughter of David and Mary Fogg, was born in Woodville, Jasper County in the State of Iowa on the ninth day of August in 1847 and departed this life on November 27, 1947. The entire span of her seventy-three years were spent in this vicinity where her many friends and neighbors came to know and love her. On April 15, 1906, she was married to James Thomas Snyder and from this union were born a son and daughter, James William and Mary Margaret, both of whom survive her. In ill health for many of her last years, she bore her confinement without complaint and gave evidence of the faith in God which she so richly possessed. In addition to her two children, Mrs. Snyder is also survied by two grandchildren, Georgia May Snyder and Thomas Claude Snyder, the children of her son, James William Snyder of Mitchellville.
