Cemetery Directions
From Gainesboro take Hwy 53 toward Celina and turn right on Dodson Brach Hwy (135) and go several miles. Turn right on Blackburn Fork Road and go several miles and turn left on Langford Hill Road (a gravel road). Turn left on Old Gentry School Road and go almost to the end of this road. The cemetery is on the Cook Allen property which now belongs to his son Dow Morgan Allen who was very helpful in pointing out the tree where the cemetery could be found and who granted us permission to climb the hill. 1996 observation..
In 1996 my husband and I used a weedeater to clear a path up the hill to this cemetery from the road. William Gentry's gravestone was definitely there.
