She was married to The Reverend John Badley and daughter of Sarah (Yeavely) and Thomas Bower. Their eldest daughter Elizabeth was married to Thomas Radcliff and had one son John Badley Radcliff, but predeceased her father. A son John Badley died before the age of ten. The eldest surviving daughter, Sarah Badley was a spinster and received the bulk of her father's estate. Of the two younger daughters. Ann married John Cresswell on 15 August 1762 and Mary married John Bennett, Surgeon on 23 November 1764. These two younger daughters were involved in a lenghty Chancery over the estate of their elder sister. The three youngest children, namely Ellen, a second John and Martha Badley all died young.
