He was born August 26, 1895 at Johnston City IL, s/o Joe and Ada Worsham Barham. He married Laura Helen Rhodes in Monticello on January 11, 1919. Besides his wife, he leaves two sons: Lynn of Des Plaines and William of Monticello; three daughters: Mrs. Anzaletta Williams, Grand Junction CO; Mrs. Irene Hill, Wichita KS; and Carolyn Barham, Monticello; his mother of Johnston City; and three brothers: Herbert of Johnston City; Cletus of Brownsville TX; and Lowell of Kankakee; and seven grandsons.
He was in the carpenter business for many years and was a member of Roy Hamm Post, American Legion. He was a veteran of World War I.
