Ross was born July 14, 1911, in Provo, UT to Brigham Young Baird Jr. & Malvina Parker, the second of 10 children.
Ross spent his early years in Utah, married Evelyn Riska (Divorced). In 1947, Ross and his wife LaDona Pace, moved to Washington State.
Ross is survived by children, Jean Terry Westover of Draper, UT, Craig Riska Baird of Middleton, ID, Lonnie P. Baird of Wenatchee, WA, and Larry Pace of Oakley, UT; sister, LaVee Madsen of Manti, UT; 16 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Preceeded in death by his wife of 58 years and daughter, Debra Annette Barney.
Funeral held at the LDS Wenatchee 3rd Ward, under the direction of Jones & Jones with internment at Evergreen Memorial Park, East Wenatchee.
Ross passed away with dignity, without pain, and with his boots on; a real cowboy.
