Survived by daughters, Mrs. Emma Bright of Coudersport, Pa., Mrs. Mabel Clarendon of Horseheads, Mrs. Mary Rathbun of Washington, D.C.; sons, William Skinner of Seminole, Okla., LeRoy Skinner of Bell, Calif., Joseph Skinner of Binghamton; 28 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
