BETZ, Herman W., 83. of 21 Mann Ave., Fairborn, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center w here he had been a patient for 2 weeks. He was retired from the Dayton Postal Service where he was a I Postal Carrier for 38 years. He was a member of the Fairborn United Methodist Church and a member of the National Assn. of Letter Carriers. He is survived by his wife, Gladys; 2 daughters, Lillian Unger, Englewood, and Kathryn Howlett of Walker, Iowa; 4 grandchildren. Funeral services Friday 2 p.m. from the Burcham Funeral Home, Fairborn. Rev.
Nobel Ronipel officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday 6-9 p.m..
