Nichole M. Crawford, 17, of Peckville, died Thursday at Moses Taylor Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Dickson City. Born in Scranton, daughter of Darryl Crawford, Scranton, and the late Elizabeth Ann Seymour Malec, she attended Valley View High School and was employed as a salesclerk at JC Penney.
Surviving: her stepfather, Mark M. Malec, Peckville; a brother, Jesse Fisher, Scranton; six sisters, Angel Rescigno, Jessup; Samantha Crawford, Peckville; Markie Malec, Peckville; Kathleen Malec, Edwardsville, and Hope Crawford and Heather Fisher, both of Scranton; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Lois Sgobbo Seymour; aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother and by her paternal grandparents, Samuel and Margaret Crawford.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Robert E. Decker Funeral Home, 702 River St., Peckville, with services by the Rev. Sharon Dietz, pastor, Peckville United Methodist Church.
Interment: Archbald Protestant Cemetery.
