Jefferson Clarence "Jeff" Hoover passed away in The Villages, Florida on February 25, 2020, at the age of 80.

Jeff is predeceased by father, Howard Ralph Hoover, and his mother, Calora Loughman Hoover.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Lucinda "Cindy" Allen Hoover, of 41 years. They were married in Marston Magna, England, on September 23, 1978.

Jeff is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Robyn Dawn Hoover, of Longwood, Florida, and his brother and sister-in-law, William and June Hoover, of Phillipsburg, Ohio.

Jeff was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1939. He graduated Phillipsburg High School in 1957. He went on to serve four years in the USAF and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. He then worked as a computer programmer for more than 40 years.

Jeff enjoyed history, reading, computers and technology, and building models.

A graveyard service will be held by the Salem Church of the Brethren, 6037 Phillipsburg Union Road, Englewood, Ohio on March 20, 2020, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Lee Saylor officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
