WINNSBORO - Graveside services for Lollis Lee Allen, 81, Joshua, formerly of Winnsboro, are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Willard Cemetery with Larry Bickle officiating under direction of Beaty Funeral Home, Winnsboro.
Mr. Allen died May 7, 2008.
He was born Dec. 7, 1926, in Winnsboro to the late Walter and Lela Alexander Allen. He served in the Army and was a retired truck driver and member of South Garland Baptist Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Betty Carter Allen, Joshua; daughters, Cathy Whitehead and Becky Lancaster, both of Garland, Lydia Hutchins, Mineola, and Stephanie Shafer, Joshua; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends noon-1:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
