Husband of the late Elizabeth (McGrane) Palmer. Mr. Palmer was a well known resident of the South End and was active in political circles in Albany. He had been employed for several years by the D & H Railroad. He was survived by five daughters, Mrs. Mary Toomey, Mrs. Adelaide Finn, Mrs. Anthony Annello, Mrs. Russell Lyman and Miss Elizabeth Palmer; one brother, John Palmer; one sister, Mrs. Carissa Bader and four grand children. Interment in the family plot in Calvary Cemetery.
