Born at Rockport, she was a daughter of Nathaniel and Hester Phillips Anderson, and was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church. She was a resident of Rockport most of her life, before moving to Parkersburg 12 years ago.
Survivors include two sons, John, Parkersburg and Raymond, Kent, O.; four daughters, Mrs. Frances Conrad, Rockport, Mrs. Elizabeth Holiday, Parkersburg, Mrs. Isabele Stukey, Torch, O., and Mrs. Clarise Rowley, Midland, Pa.; 15 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Forrest, Belleville and Walter, Ottumwa, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Kerr, in 1953, by five brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, and burial was in the Pond Creek Cemetery.
