ELIZABETH ANNA FRANCES GOODMAN
The funeral for Elizabeth Anna Frances Eck Bliss Goodman, 88, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Leslie Busbee will officiate. Burial will be in New Hopedale Mennonite Cemetery, Meno. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She was born March 6, 1919, west of Fairview to Robert and Elizabeth Ratzlaff Wahl West and died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at her home.
She married Adam D. Eck Aug. 6, 1936. He died in 1948. She married Glenn Bliss in 1951. He died in 1982. She married Howard Goodman in 1996.
She worked on the farm near Lahoma and at Standard Brands, Layfield Shoes and at Simpson's Mercantile for more than 30 years. She was a member of Church of God.
Surviving are one daughter, Arnitta Cronister of Enid; one son, Lloyd of Edmond; five stepchildren, Shirley Chneynet and Sharon Holston, both of Oklahoma City, Sam Bliss and Jerry Bliss, both of Enid, and Jackie Bliss of Tennessee; one sister, Juanita Jackson of South Carolina; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to three husbands, Adam, Glenn and Howard, she was preceded in death by two sons, two sisters and three brothers.
Memorials may be made in her name to the funeral home.
