He was born September 27, 1909 in Madison, N.J., the son of the late Mercer Jagger and Elizabeth Litts Jagger. He was the widower of Rena Ann Bensinger Jagger; she died June 9, 1980. Surviving are his son, Robert C. Jagger and his wife, Bonnie, of Westbrookville; two brothers, Richard Jagger of Greeley, Pa. and Walter Jagger of Hatfield, Pa.; two sisters, Bertha Linsley of Arlington, Va. and Ellen Mae Bryson of Canaan, N.H.; granddaughter, Brenda Jagger of Monticello; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 16 at 1 p.m. at the Westbrookville Cemetery, with the Rev. Ronald G. Clark officiating.
Burial will be at Westbrookville Cemetery, Westbrookville.
