Funeral services are pending with Shurden Funeral Home for Albert Lee Groene, 88, of Henryetta who died June 17, 1992, in Henryetta. Mr Groene was born May 18, 1904 in Lamar and was a retired coal miner. He married Ruby Bebee in 1922. She preceded him in death in 1978. He was also preceded in death by five children.

He married Ruby Bebee in 1923. She preceded him in death in 1978. He was also preceded in death by five children. Surviving relatives include two sons William Lee Groene of the home and Edward Groene of Oregon two daughters Mabel Ousley of Muskogee and Alive Tarwater of Jennings OK., ten grandchildren eight great-grandchildren and two great- great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 30 1992 at the Shurden Chapel with the Rev Duke Britt offidating Interment will be held in the New Sonora Cemetery Pallbearers include Carl Harris, Travis Harri,s Stacey Harris, Richard Williams, Kevin Harris, and Eural Robinson.
