Funeral services for Mrs.
Mary Mantooth, aged 91, of
Route 1, Charleston, were held
Saturday at Northside Baptist
church in Charleston. Burial
was at Vesta cemetery by
Smith Mortuary.
Mrs. Mantooth died Friday
morning at a Charleston
nursing home.
Survivors include two
daughters, Mrs. Florence
Allen of Charleston and Mrs.
Wilma Tompkins of Quincy,
Calif.; five sons, Luther,
Fletcher, Miller, Arthur and
Boyd, all of Charleston; 16
grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren
and 11 great-greatgrandchildren.
