Little Rock - Doyle William Daniel, Jr., 68, of Little Rock, died Sunday, April 20, 2008.
Born May 21, 1939, in Hot Springs, to Doyle W. and Dorothy Nash Daniel, Sr., he was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam War veteran, graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, a teacher, worked for Mills High School, served with the Little Rock Planning Commission and was a member of Otter Creek First Baptist church.
Surrivors include his wife of 45 years, Rosalie Gay Daniel; two sons and one daughter-in-law, David Arthur Daniel, of Springlake, Texas, and Joseph Clint and Katharyn Daniel, of Little Rock; one daughter, Katherine Gay Daniel, of Benton; two grandchildren, Lorelai Rhiannon Daniel and Griffin Emrys Daniel; one brother, Marion Clyde Daniel, of Alaska; two aunts, Juan Wheatley and Mazell Pannell; and one uncle, R. Guinn Daniel.
The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Otter Creek First Baptist Church, Little Rock.
Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Ten Mile Cemetery, Benton.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, Alexander.
