CECIL — William Taylor "W.T." Eubanks, 78, of Cecil died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1999, in Cecil. He was a member of Cecil United Methodist Church and Ratcliff Masonic Lodge No. 411. He was a retired mechanic for Arkla Gas Company. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Smith Mortuary Chapel in Charleston. Burial will be at Cecil Cemetery in Cecil. He is survived by a sister, Brittie Martin of Cecil; and several nieces and nephews.
