Records have not been found as to the positive location of burial for John Malone. Alot of the Malone family, his children and their children are buried in Smith Cemetery around the time of death.

It is believed that Jane Rhea & George Sally may have actually been buried in the Edgar Springs Asher Cemetery that was destroyed by a bull dozer in the 1960's.

Through DNA matches on Ancestry.com to decedents of Thomas Cletus Malone, Salley Malone, Reuben Malone, Nancy Malone, Micajah Malone, Mary Polly Malone, and Charlotte Malone and links to numerous decedents of John Malone & Nancy Earles it is with great probability that I state, John Malone is the son of John Malone and Nancy Earles.

John Jackson Malone & Jane Rhea came to Missouri from Kentucky in between March of 1831 and the birth of their first child Thomas Jefferson Malone born 1832.

Mary Polly Malone Adams came to the same area of Missoui (Pulaski County) between 1830 & 1834. She is the daughter of Jane Rhea & John Malone.

Charlotte Malone Adams came to the same area of Missouri (Pualaski County) from Kentucky about 1833. She is the daughter of Jane Rhea & John Malone.

Thomas Cletus Malone came to Missouri from Kentucky and lived for a few years in (Phelps County between 1847-1854. He is the son of Jane Rhea & John Malone.
