Thomas Oscar went by his middle name and never married. He died at Wichita Falls State Hospital, at mental health facility, where he had been a patient for 14 years. His body was donated to University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. There is vault here in the garden where remains of those cremated before 2017 are kept.
