Excerpt -- Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Howesville M. E. Church for Charles Lloyd McGinnis, 65, who died Monday at his home at Howesville following an illness of complications.
He was born Jan. 1, 1873, the son of the late James Herman and Barbara McGinnis. His wife has been dead for several years. Surviving relative include two daughters of Morgantown; and one brother, William McGinnis of Howesville. The funeral services were in charge of the Rev. R. L. Greynolds and interment was made in the Cobun Cemetery.
