Her husband, Clay Hawkins, deceased. / She was a member of the Clarkson Baptist Church. / Survivors include: one daughter, Pearl Middleton, of Louisville. / Funeral services were held February 5, at the Rogers Funeral Home, Rev. Leonard Embry officiating, with burial in the Fairview Cemetery.
