Frank B. Phillips died last night at the home of his sister, Mrs. Edward Mclntosh of RD 4, Oswego. He was born in West Monroe, son of the late Joseph and Nora Cottet, on Aug. 28. 1872. Mr. Phillips was a carpenter, engaging in the trade for many years. He never married.


He is survived by his sister, with whom he lived, Mrs. Edward (Cora) Mclntosh; two other sisters, Mrs. Lansing (Blanche) Randall of Canastota, and Mrs. Alfred (Mary) Ryan of Harrisville, N. Y.; one brother, Ernest Phillips of lnglewood, Fla., and several nieces and nephews.


Friends are invited to attend the funeral at the Kozlowski funeral home, 153 West Bridge St. on Saturday, May 14, at 2 p. m. The Rev. Charles T. Martin will officiate. Burial will be in family plot in Riverside cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home in the afternoon from 2 to 5 and in the evening from 7 to 9.
