Sandi attend Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford OK graduating in 1972 with a teaching degree in Language Arts.
Her first teaching job was in Sterling KS and then taught two years a Liberal KS before entering the Army in 1975.
During her career in the service she was stationed at Fort Bliss, Fort Hood, Georgia, South Carolina, Korea, Hawaii and Germany. Due to her illness she was force to retire in 1988 as a Captain.
Her grandparents are Robert Earl Albert and Mattie Lillian Higgins Austin buried at Stratford TX.
She has two nephews Heath Allen Albert and Timothy Lane Talbert that passed after her.
