Mount Holly - Annie Mae Milligan, 73, of 1935 Old Hickory Grove Road, died Feb. 22, 2004, at Gaston Memorial Hospital, Gastonia.
She was a native of Gaston County, daughter of the late Porter and Clida Ballard Milligan.
Funeral: Held 3 pm Thursday, Carothers Funeral Home, Mount Holly. - Interment: Hillcrest Gardens. Officiating Clergy: Rev. Joseph Chambers and Rev. Terry Chambers.
She was a member of Paw Creek Ministries.
Survivors: Sister (cousin, raised as sisters), Juanita Ballard; nieces Eva Helms and Rebecca Jackson; nephew James Jones.
Preceded in Death by: Brother, Harry Milligan; sisters, Bessie Mae Milligan and Irene Milligan; and by parents that raised her, Dorus and Frances Ballard.
