William Green was the husband of #1 Elizabeth Singleton, and #2 Mary "Polly" A. Gooch Eoff. Elizabeth died between the 1860 census and the marriage of W.G. to Polly Gooch Eoff, 24 July 1865.

William Green and Elizabeth Singleton Reynolds were the parents of Talitha Susan Reynolds McMullin, buried in Hopedale Cemetery, Christian Co. Mo. with husband Gabriel Harvey McMullin and several of their children.
