Frances Willard Beeman born 15 Sep 1919 in Tahoka, Lynn county, Texas to Frances Marion Beeman and Ruth (Shattuck) Beeman.
Frances career (Seebee/Navy?) was mostly at sea on various ships as a wiper, oiler, water handler, fireman and engineer (per FOLD3)

In 1943 Frances and Loretta were married and Frances went back to sea. He gave Loretta his wife money and told her to go buy a home for her and his new family in San Francisco. She did and they moved in. Sharon l
Lee Beeman was born on September 7, 1944 while Frances was out to see. He came home six months later to meet his new daughter and decided to leave the Merchant Marines. After living in San Francisco for a while Frances decided San Francisco was not a place he wanted to raise their children and bought a 52 acre apple ranch and home in Santa Rosa California. The family lived there for a few year. They used to have family come on the weekends for dinner often for a fun filled weekend. Soon Frances decided this was a little too much work for his wife, Loretta as she was going through a lot of treatment for cancer and was not feeling very well. The ranch was a little big as the Older kids had grown up and moved out on their own. They bought a new home on Santa Barbara Drive in Santa Rosa. This home had all the new things you could get in a home, at that time he bought all new furniture through out the house. Frances was a good husband and Father. He took his wife and daughter on vacations every year, he believed work hard all year long and then take a vacation. We would take vacations for two weeks to a month and just enjoy. He also would come home from work and we would go to the ocean, to the river swimming and go away on weekends camping and boating. He believed in enjoying life.

In a 1958 city directory, Frances and Loretta Francis Flohr are shown working for a linoleum company in Santa Rosa, CA.They bought and sold rental Property and dabbled in the stock market. His wife was very good at that.

Aroud 1958 Loretta Francis got bad news she had cancer again, so Frances sold their home in Santa Rosa and bought her a brand new home in Daly city to be closer to her doctor and his work. He again bought all new furniture through out the house. Loretta got bad news that she only had 6 months to live and the entire family was devastated. He took her to Los Angeles to City of Hope to find out after two months that they could not help her. They went home and to take care of her in her home. My Father would do the grocery shopping and would buy two carts full of good foods to eat. He never ever skimmped on Groceries. Sharon was home schooled so she could care for her Mother. Her Aunts came for a couple of months from Louisina to help the Family. They were a big help too. Aunt Leona, Aunt Ocie, and Aunt Dorothy. She passed away in October of 1960.

After Loretta's death, Frances remarried in 1961 to Juanita Louise Woods who preceded his death as well. They had a son, Neil Edward (1963) and a daughter Leighanna Sue (1964).Frances I was told Frances adopted her son William Lewis Rhoades Beeman.

After Juanita and Frances were married, he sold the house in Daly City and moved to Santa Rosa and they build duplexes. They bought a home in Sebastapol close to Santa Rosa. She died December 31 1984. Frances Died in August 1995 In Concord, California as he was moved their by his Children as he would be closer to Sharon who was looking after him.
