BEREA, Feb. 15—Thomas Calvin Coffey, 84, a retired farmer, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Berea College Hospital after a long illness.
A native of Rockcastle County, was a member of the Liberty Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Grace Gill, Berea, and Mrs. Rosie Hembree, Franklin, Ohio; four sons, William Coffey, Franklin, Ohio; Luther and Athael Coffey, Berea, and Lawrence Coffey, Stickler, Okla.; 25 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Romancer Funeral Home by the Rev. Denton Sears. Burial will be in the Silver Creek Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.∼Farmer
