"MRS. BRUNHOUSE OF MENLO PARK PASSES AT 84
"Myrtle Brunhouse, 84, a resident of Menlo Park for the past five years, died Wednesday after a three month illness.
"She had lived at 1130 Laurel Ave. with her daughters, Mary and Pauline Brunhouse.
"Mrs. Brunhouse was a native of California. She was born and reared in Modoc County on a cattle ranch. She attended the University of Nevada and married the late Frederick Brunhouse, who was teacher and school administrator in California.
"In 1922 she made her home in San Jose and during the following 35 years she had lived in several Santa Clara County cities.
"Also surviving is a son, Dr. C. Edward Brunhouse of San Jose; a brother, Frank Decious of San Jose, and two grandchildren.
"Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Oak Hill Mortuary, 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose.
"Entombment will be private."
