In Loving Memory of Tom Deviney
Tom was 82 years old when he passed away on August 10, 2022 in Greeley, Colorado. He was living in Greeley, Colorado at the time of his passing.
He was born to Charles and Mildred (Billingsley) Deviney on December 7, 1939 at home in Amarillo, Texas.
Tom was a proud veteran who severed in the Army National Guard during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
He grew up on the family farm where he learned great work ethics; and as he got older, his devotion to his work was outstanding. In 1957, he met and later married the love of his life, Carolyn Sue Carter in Amarillo, Texas. Tom loved being on the road truck driver and loved working hard to provide for his family. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; children, Danetta (Don) Bohlender, David (Terry) Deviney, Sheryl Deviney and Tom Deviney; 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson; brother, Douglas (Sandra) Deviney.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Laverne Grace.
