Services for Mary Lizzie Stephens Johnson qge 66 who passed away April 15, 2008 will be held, Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2 PM in Friendship Baptist Church, with Rev. Allen McCoy and Rev. Wayne Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson was a native of Washington County, having lived most of her adult life in Hancock County. She was the daughter of the late Jake T. and Evelyn Blizzard Stephens and widow of Allen Johnson. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Survivors include; daughters, Lisa Johnson and Kay Johnson both of Sparta; sisters, Carolyn Stephens of Sparta, Sara Duren of Sandersville and Mattie Bayne Boswell of Lawrenceville; brothers, Larry Johnson of Sandersville and Billy Stephens of Jones County.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 17, 2008 from 6-8 PM.
