RESIDENCE NOTE:

In 1823 Judith and William purchased a farm at the west end of Turbett Township, Juniata County, since known as the "Saylor Farm", which remained in the family until 1884. On that farm William and Judith built a substantial stone house. This homestead would eventually be owned by their son Jesse.
