Dorothy Mae Anderhub, 84, of Norman died peacefully Tuesday, Feb. 12, in Norman [Oklahoma]. Services will be 3 p.m. today at Novato, Calif. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Park in Novato. Services are under the direction of Keaton's Mortuary of Novato. Local arrangements are by Havenbrook Funeral Home, Norman.
Dottie was born Aug. 11, 1923, in Watonga, [Oklahoma] to Laurel Frank and Genevieve Sims. Dottie made Norman her home. After high school, she married James Pratt and had their only daughter, Linda, in May 1946.
After their divorce, she married John Anderhub and was a loving, devoted stay-at-home mom, her family said. Outside the home, she was a truly dedicated Sooner football fan, an outstanding bridge player and a volunteer at the Norman Regional Medical Center, they added. She was a very active member of the First Christian Church and served as president of the Christian Women's Fellowship from 1961-1963.
Dottie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her daughter. Survivors include her son-in-law Craig Mukai of Novato, friends, and her church family. Condolences may be posted online at havenbrookfuneralhome DOT com/Obituaries DOT htm.
