The Funeral of Mrs. Minne Eyestone, who died Sunday have occured from the M. E church, Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, the remains being interred in the city cemetery.
Minnie C. Mumma was born May 12th, 1851 near Columbus, Ohio. Came to Illinois when a small child with her parents and settled in Sangamon county. remaining ten years. The family them moved to Effingham County where she remained. She married to William C. Beem, March 24, 1871. Ten children were born of this union, four have already passed way. Her first husband died June 11, 1898. she them married Albert Eyestone, Feb 1, 1900. She died very suddenly at 10:30 Sunday evening, March 18, 1900.
She joined the M. E. church in early life and remained a member until her death.
