"We Thomas K. White and Martha Moore do swear that the heirs of Jesse
Moore , dec'd, are Martha Moore, his widow, John Moore, the heirs of
Hannah Everhart and Manuel Everhart, William Cross and Massie (Mercy)
Cross, his wife, Theodore Moore, Thomas Moore, Robert Moore, Austin
Moore, and William Moore all of this county of Macon and State of Missouri,
and William C. A. (A. C.) Hill and Mary, his wife of the county of
St. Clair in State aforesaid; that the deceased died in Macon County and
State aforesaid without a Will, that we will make a perfect inventory of
and faithfully administer all the estate of said dec'd, pay the debts as
far as the assets will allow and the law direct, account for, pay and
deliver all money and property of the dec'd, and in general, to do and
perform all other acts and things touching said administration required
by law or the order of any court having jurisdiction.
