Howard B. Campbell, 69, of 225 E. 2nd St., Rialto, died Saturday in a San Bernardino hospital. He was born in Texas and was a 12-year resident of Rialto.
Campbell was a former food service supervisor at the University of California, Riverside. He was also a former owner of Campbell Furniture in Rialto. He belonged to the Rialto Church of Christ.
Survivors Include his widow, Marjorie; a son, Howard B. Jr., of Rialto; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Kelly of Texas; his mother, Mrs. Viola Polvadore of Redlands; brothers, Bernie Campbell and Withell Polvadore, both of Texas, Troy Polvadore of Encinitas, and Byron Polvadore of Indiana; eight sisters, Mrs. Franchin Walker of Sunnymead, Mrs. Gwen Warrington of Riverside, Mrs. Hazel Stephens of Yucaipa, Mrs. Ruth Davis, Mrs. Dorothy Jones. Mrs. Minnie Love, Mrs. Gladys Latson and Mrs. Bonnie Mott, all of Texas, and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at Ralph Wm. Allen Funeral Home followed by burial at Rialto Park Cemetery.
