Wife of Job Aldrich, m 26 Dec 1759 Smithfield, Providence, RI. Daughter of Hezekiah Smith and Rachel (Smith) Smith Brown of the portion of Smithfield which became North Providence.

Abigial Smith received a bequest of 500 pounds from her father Hezekiah in his 1751 will. Brothers Bemjamin and Enos also settled in the area.
