Maude Billings Brown died at the Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She had been a patient for about 3 weeks after a fall, but she had been in failing health for some time. She was the widow of Fred Brown. She was a member of the Hillsdale Rebekah Lodge for the past 35 years, the Order of the Eastern Star of Montezuma, the Hillsdale Cummunity Church and the WSCS of the church. She is survived by 2 sisters, Mrs. Minnie Barker and Miss Mary Billings; 2 brothers, Claude Billings of Montezuma, and John Billings of Mayer, AZ.
