Madeleine was the youngest of 8 children. The children were spread out to family members after the death of her mother which left her father with 8 children under the age of 10 which included two sets of twins. She was a year old at the time of her mother's death. She was married first to Matthew John Ledderman II in which that union brought them 4 children. After his death she married Stanley Eyres in which that union brought them 5 children. Her third and final marriage was to Llyod Malcolm Tinker in which brought them a daughter in 1966 and when Madeleine was 40 years of age.
