Mrs. C.M. Hammond, 76, died at her home near Birdie Thursday
morning at 11 o'clock. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs.
A. E. Henderson, Mrs. W.F. Coleman and Mrs. Ida Wright, of
Griffin, and one son, T.J. Hammond, of Atlanta. Funeral services
were held Friday afternoon from County Line Methodist Church
at 3 o'clock, Rev. J.A. Drewry, assisted by Rev. J. S. Askew, of
Inman, officiated. Interment was in the church yard, with Haisten
Brothers, funeral directors in charge.

County Line United Methodist Church Cemetery is located in the northwest corner of Spalding County in Georgia. From the South, take Highway 19/41 to Highway North 92 toward Fayetteville. Turn right onto Sidney Road, cross Birdie Road onto County Line Church Road and County Line Methodist Church is about ½ mile on the right.
From the North, take Highway 19/41 South to Birdie Road. Turn right onto Birdie Road, travel approximately 3 miles to County Line Church Road. County Line Methodist Church is about ½ mile on the right.
