Frederick Max Tietze, 82, of Puyallup, died Thursday in a Puyallup nursing home. He was born in Switzerland and came to the United States 50 years ago. He lived in Kent for 20 years before moving to Seattle, then to Puyallup 2 1/2 years ago.
Surviving are a son, Fred Braemer with the U.S. Air Force in Tripoli; five grandchildren, including Mrs. William Wetherby of Puyallup and four great grandchildren.
Services are announced today by the Hill Funeral Home of Puyallup.
