Survivors; a daughter , Julianna "Julie" (Joe Neal) Headrick, a granddaughter, Emma Nichole Headrick and a grandson, Derek Dalton Headrick, a sister, Flora Nell (Butler) Gittings and several Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death other than his Parents, his Wife, Jessie (Richey) Butler, a son Nicholas "Nick" Butler, and eight siblings.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday February 7, 2024 in Chapel of Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
Burial Monroe County Memorial Lawn.
