Allen Francis Riggs Earlywine, age 86, wife of William David Earlywine for 70 years, died Monday, January 29, 2024, at her home, in Millersburg, Kentucky. She was born in Millersburg to the late Clifton "Kib" and Leona Crump Riggs. Allen did childcare in her home for many years. She was an avid readerand enjoyed crocheting, cross stitch and ceramics. She was a long-time member of Headquarters Community Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: a son, Jeff (Lisa) Earlywine; five grandchildren, Samantha Wright, Corey (Brandi) Earlywine, Jonathan Flora, Stephanie (Ricky) Cole and Christy (Drew) Fuller; 15 great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Eva Jayne Jones; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a daughter, Donna Jo Earlywine Flora; and a brother, Jerry Riggs.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, at Headquarters Community Church by Pastor Brenda Routt and Pastor Ruby Perraut. Burial will follow at Millersburg Cemetery, in Millersburg. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 1, until the hour of service at the church. Pallbearers will be Allen Flora, Drew Fuller, Ricky Cole, Jonathan Flora, Corey Earlywine and Ethan Cole, with Matthew Flora serving as honorary pallbearer. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main Street, Paris, Kentucky.
