Ina Pearl (Brown) Jordan was born July 13, 1939 in Braggs, OK to Samuel Jahue Brown and Anna Elizabeth (Phelps) Brown. She began her hairdressing career at an early age. She cut hair on military bases in California and at Tinker Air Force Base. While living in Tulsa she worked in a number of salons, including her own shop. While there she ran for Mayor of Tulsa on one occasion. After moving to Wagoner Ina worked at Spot Style Shop before opening her own shop at her home.

Ina had an open heart and dearly loved her family. She was an example of a strong, independent woman who could take care of anything. She took pride in her home and yard and put a lot of work into maintaining both. She loved the goldfish pond she constructed and enjoyed her favorite flowers, gardenias and purple iris.

The family is comforted by the knowledge that Ina was a woman of great faith in God. She kept Bibles handy by her chair and bedside and read her Bible every day.

Ina departed this life Saturday, January 27, 2024 at her home in Wagoner, OK at the age of 84 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Anna Brown; her son, Eugene Cravatt; her daughter, Leanna Catherine Cravatt; a brother, Junior Brown; and a sister, Pat Brown.

She will be greatly missed by her survivors, who include her grandchildren and their spouses, Melissa Raye and Jason Timmons of Wagoner, OK, Shannon Rae Cravatt of Wagoner, OK, Felisha Cravatt of Tulsa, OK, Randy Cravatt of Catoosa, OK, Michael McGee of Sarasota, FL, Jeffrey Duncan of Pryor, OK, Matthew Duncan of Chouteau, OK, and Jeremy Cravatt of Salina, OK; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; other extended family and friends.
