She was born on December 5, 1964 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Russell Lee Snowden and Mary Ruth Kidd. Darla is survived by her daughter, Rosilind (Larry) Goins; grandchildren, Kyle (Lydia) Clements, Jocelyn, Kendyl and Brayden Goins; siblings, Russell Snowden, Jr., Irvin (June) Davidson, Marion York, Derek Snowden, Johnnie Snowden, Marilee York, Shawna Snowden and Jitanna Snowden; her companion, Michael Sackenheim; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends of the family Mahesh and Sushile Patel, Yatin and Rina Patel, Tanvi Patel and Sajju Patel. She was also preceded in death by her husband Russell Dermon Sr.; her son Lucas Wayne Clements, and brother Lonnie Snowden. Gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 5-7pm at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Memorial ceremony will follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
