Mrs. Debra Ann Adams Fulton, age 69, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024. She was born February 5, 1954, in Lancaster, daughter of the late William Eugene Adams and Marcene Helms Adams and was the wife of the late Joel "Rosey" Gid Fulton.
Deb is survived by her two sons, Christopher "Chris" Fulton and Michael Fulton (Connie); five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Teresa Adams Blackmon.
Deb was preceded in death by her husband Rosey Fulton; grandson, Jackson Alexander Fulton; her parents; and brother-in-law, Ernest "Ernie".
Burial will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.
