Obit DENNISON - Mrs. Elsie V. Barcus, 65, of RD 4, Brightwood, New Philadelphia, was dead on arrival at Twin City Hospital at 4:30 a.m. Sunday of a chronic heart disease she suffered for the past three weeks. Born in Jefferson County, she was a daughter of William and Mary Dowdell Stull and a life resident of the Brightwood vicinity. Her husband, George, preceded her in death in 1933. Surviving are two sons, one daughter, three brothers, four sisters, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Two children and one brother and a sister are deceased. Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Edwards of Cadiz officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery at Scio.
